An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Manager to join the team at a 4* Hotel and Spa within the West Midlands. GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for managing, supporting and motivating the spa team to deliver a legendary customer experience to members and guests. Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure the effective operation, development and profitability of the spa.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- To set, monitor, adjust and control stock levels to provide efficiency throughout the Spa
- To drive efficiencies and control costs and to ensure that systems are in place that will consistently deliver standards of quality that will meet and where possible, exceed customer expectations.
- Regularly measure and review spa activity, providing guidance and action plans to exceed financial targets and key business performance indicators.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the market to maintain an awareness of any potential threats and opportunities.
- Effective planning and delivery of sales, marketing and promotional activity to maximise all revenue opportunities in line with business objectives
- Responsible for the recruitment and induction of spa members in line with deployment and budget requirements.
- Identify training and development needs for the spa team to add value to the business and to develop team member potential.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and maintain high standards to include customer satisfaction, maximising profits and achieving revenue targets.
- The successful candidate will ideally possess a diploma in Spa Treatments
- Have experience in controlling budgets and payroll costs
- Have experience in managing a team and revenue targets
SALARY AND PACKAGE:
Up to £22,000 depending on experience, including a bonus/commission structure that is negotiable at interview.
