Our client is currently seeking a distinctive individual to manage the Health and Beauty department within this premium Health Club and Spa in Chislehurst.

You will be experienced at leading a team to drive standards, be a hands on yet highly commercial individual and above all initiate long term financial growth for this excellent facility.

You will have the expertise to hit the ground running, get involved in treatments where necessary whilst motivating and driving a small team to hit targets and deliver excellent customer service.
