My clients is a leading Health & Fitness operator with premium health clubs throughout the United Kingdom. They are seeking a Health & Beauty Manager for this vibrant Health Club.
Health & Beauty Manager required for this superb Health Club.
My client requires Spa Manager for the launch of a newly refurbished spa in a leading Health & Fitness Club.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience of managing a similar operation with a proven history of achieving targets.
You should have excellent commercial skills and the ability to drive the business forward as well as delivering a top class customer service.
The role will involve managing all aspects of the Spa including finance, stock taking, training, promotions and performance management to ensure the team consistently achieves their KPI's.
It is essential to have management experience as this role is very operationally based and hands on.
It is required that you are either a trained Therapist or Hairdresser with experience with Elemis, Wella and System Professional.
