My client is a leading operator within the Health and Leisure Industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Health and Beauty Manager for this Health & Fitness Club This role requires a strong leader with a commercial track record to drive performance at this established health club and spa.
You will be a hands on yet highly commercial individual, experienced at leading a team to drive standards and above all initiate long term financial growth for this excellent facility. You will have the expertise to hit the ground running, get involved in treatments where necessary whilst motivating and driving a small team to hit targets and deliver excellent customer service.
