Job Description
A Health & Beauty Manager is currently required for this superb Health Club in Chiswick. My client’s goal is to become the foremost premium health & leisure club organisation in the UK, and is passionate about high standard when it comes to customer service and dedicated to earning the long term loyalty of our members through rapport-based relationships.
The role will be to uphold the brand standards by providing a comprehensive, professional health and beauty service for club members and non-members, ensuring that all safety and hygiene requirements are met, whilst consistently delivering a world class service. You will effectively monitor and manage the health and beauty team to achieve budget and the company standards as per the standard operating procedures, whilst maintaining a motivational and harmonious working environment.
You will lead from the front, have the ability to set the standards of treatments and service required. Above all you will be able to demonstrate the ability to commercially drive the spa forward to increasing sales and profits. You will be comfortable with producing and executing sound business plans to meet these goals.
