We are currently looking to recruit a very dynamic and target-focused individual who can support the Sales Manager to drive and deliver membership sales. Your main focus will be to manage and motivate your team in delivering daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. It will be your responsibility to run reports from the sales database to provide statistical information to the General Manager and Sales Manager. This role will test the best sales people to the limit but will also reward you with one of the finest packages within the industry.
To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and be looking to take that next step into Sales Management.
