We are currently looking to recruit a very dynamic and target-focused individual to drive and deliver premium membership sales. This is a great opportunity for you to join a prestigious health and fitness club.
Your primary objective will be to manage and motivate your sales team in delivering daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. This is highly demanding role in which only the right calibre of candidate will succeed, it will test the best sales managers to the limit but will also reward you with one of the finest packages within the industry. This is an outstanding facility, only candidates with previous experience of selling premium branded products B2C will be considered appropriate for this role.We're looking for straight forward, straight talking leaders, who believe in one team, who win together. Additionally, you will know the local fitness market like the back of your hand and have a high performance track record.
To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and have previous experience in a sales management role.
