Job Description
Leading Health & Fitness Operator seeks dynamic individual to drive team performance and maximise sales.
Your main focus will be not only to ensure you are meeting your own targets, but more to inspire and motivate your team in delivering on their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
This role will test experienced sales managers to the limit but will be well rewarded through a great commission structure. To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and ideally have some previous experience in a sales management role.
