Our client is looking to recruit a very dynamic and target-focused Sales Manager to drive and deliver membership sales. Your main focus will be to manage and motivate your team in delivering daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Your main focus will be to manage and motivate your team in delivering daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. This role will test the best sales managers to the limit but will also reward you with one of the finest packages within the industry.

To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and have previous experience in a sales management role.

Experience Required

* Proven track record as a Sales Manager in Direct Sales, Retail or Health and Fitness
* Previous experience of recruiting and developing a team of Sales Consultants
* Experience of managing a number of daily targets and HITTING consistently.
* Innovative ways of marketing the club to drive fresh leads and new membership


Salary & Benefits
c£25,000 with OTE £40,000

Benefits are none contractual and may vary according to status and length of service
