Job Description
This is a great opportunity for you to join a prestigious health and racquets club as a Sales Manager. We are currently looking to recruit a very dynamic and target-focused individual to drive and deliver premium membership sales.
Your main focus will be to manage and motivate your team in delivering daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. This role will test the best sales managers to the limit but will also reward you with one of the finest packages within the industry. This is an outstanding facility, only candidates with previous experience of selling premium branded products B2C will be considered appropriate for this role.
We're looking for straight forward, straight talking leaders, who believe in one team, who win and play together.
To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and have previous experience in a sales management role.

Experience Required:
*Premium Brand Sales Management Experience
* Proven track record as a Sales Manager in Direct Sales, Retail or Health and Fitness
* Previous experience of recruiting and developing a team of Sales Consultants
* Experience of managing a number of daily targets and HITTING consistently.
* Innovative ways of marketing the club to drive fresh leads and new membership
Salary & Benefits
Up to £35,000 with OTE £12,000 +
Benefits are none contractual and may vary according to status and length of service
