Job Description
Our client owns the finest collection of Country Clubs in the United Kingdom. The clubs offer modern, well-appointed facilities in tranquil surroundings. They are now looking for a candidate with a strong health, fitness and sales background to join their golf and leisure Membership Sales team.
The role will involve the following:- To deal effectively with enquiries regarding leisure and golf membership to ensure they are converted into confirmed sales to maximize business opportunities.
- To co-ordinate pre-booked business between the client and the relevant sectors of the business to meet the client's requirements.
- To produce and co-ordinate regular social activities for leisure and golf members and the public.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities by cold calling, contacting existing members for referrals and actively going out to find new members for the country club.
- To conduct showrounds of the golf and leisure facilities and pro-actively sell the facilities to the customer on a face to face basis
We are looking for dynamic and outgoing character with a background in membership sales to join this country club in Tonbridge, Kent. Experience of the sales process within a golf or health club environment is essential. Above all you will possess excellent communications skills, a high degree of professionalism, a strong sales focus and have good customer care skills.
Salary & Benefits
£15,000 - £16,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £22K - UNCAPPED earnings)
Benefits are non-contractual and may vary according to status and length of service
