Membership Sales Advisor
Job Description
Our client owns the finest collection of Country Clubs in the United Kingdom. The clubs offer modern, well-appointed facilities in tranquil surroundings. They are currently seeking a strong sales person to join their membership sales team at their site based in Reading.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:- To deal effectively with sales enquiries for key products to maximise health and fitness membership/golf sales.
- To co-ordinate pre-booked business between client and the relevant sectors of the business to meet the client's requirements.
- To produce and co-ordinate regular social activities and events for club members.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities for business development with a pro-active approach to work.
- To conduct showrounds of the facilities, have the ability to meet and greet client on a face to face basis and be able to establish good relationships over the telephone
- To work towards daily and monthly KPI targets and be able to close sales successfully
Experience of the sales process within a golf or health club environment would be desirable. Above all you will possess excellent communications skills, a high degree of professionalism, a strong sales focus and have good customer care skills.
Salary & Benefits
£15 - 16,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £20 to £23k)
