Job Description

One of the UK's premium Health & Fitness operators currently seek an experienced Member Retention Manager to work at their leading site in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

The role

  • As a Member Retention Manager you will be responsible for delivering consistent premium service to my clients members
  • You will be a visual point of contact for all guests, providing a program of well organised events and new members evenings
  • For statistical and financial performance levels you will monitor the guest experience through take up and feedback
  • Your role will also encompass the member support team, ensuring premium front desk standards at all times
  • Along side your operational functions a key task will be the monitoring of low usage guests and the pro-active solving of problems that may result in guests leaving

This role is all about keeping members happy, so if you have experience in managing a customer service team, are able to analyse data and can create exciting events that extend my clients range of services then this could be you.
