Maintenance Manager - Surrey
Job Description
You will have extensive experience in looking after a large multi faceted facility where planned maintenance schedules are delivered and executed religiously. You will be expected to deal with fault diagnosis and arrange repairs as appropriate, to supervise and monitor the cleaning contracts and the pool plant operation. A qualification in plumbing, electrics or similar is essential.
We are ideally looking for a leisure maintenance or hotel background with operational knowledge of electrical, mechanical and building issues. You should have good administrative and organisational skills and a detailed working knowledge of Health and Safety and risk assessments, with a proven ability to manage and direct external contractors within tight timeframes and budgetary constraints.
