Job Description
My client is an International Hotel & Golf Resort Chain, now seeking an experienced leisure operator to manage their Hotel Leisure Club.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operational Standards
- Membership Sales
- Rotas & Payroll
- Cost Controls
- Health & Safety
- Standards & Cleanliness
- Staff Training
You will have:
- Previous experience managing a hotel leisure club or leisure department in mainstream fitness operator
- Relevant qualifications either degree or NVQ Level 3 plus NPLQ / Pool Plant Operators
In addition to this, you must be able to demonstrate a hands - on approach as well as being a natural leader and man manager.
