As General Manager you will be accountable for delivering results across all departments within your club and ensuring targets at all levels are achieved. To be successful in this role of General Manager you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a leading business with a turnover in excess of £2m and crucially you must also have the interpersonal skills and people-management ability that will motivate your staff and of course our members!If you feel you have a strong service lead background and the people skills to match then why not apply today?
