The role of Hotel Management role / General Manager is primarily to manage the hotel facilities; these can be in a number of different facilities including corporate hotels, leisure hotels and luxury hotels. As a General Manager you tend to be responsible for managing all staff including, chefs, receptionists and housekeeperslong with being accountable for the day-to-day operation of the facility and full accountable for all financials performance with the business.
