Job Description

My client is an International Hotel Chain, now seeking an experienced health & fitness operator to manage their Hotel Leisure Club. Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, this role forms part of the senior management team.

Hotel Leisure Club Manager  - Country House Hotel

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leisure club management including:

• Membership Sales
• P&L control
• Staff training & development
• Health& Safety
• Membership Retention

In addition to this, you must be able to demonstrate a hands - on approach as well as being a natural leader and man manager. If you wish to be considered for this challenging and rewarding position then ideally you will already be a Health Club Manager or Head of Department with the drive and determination to make the step up. In addition to this you must be fully compliant with all pool safety qualifications and fitness instruction and will need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and management skills.
