Description
To ensure the smooth running of the Unit and to make sure that all staff employed are providing a first class service at all times. Patient care has to be of the highest standard.
Skills
- People Management skills
- Communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance tools
- Knowledge of interviewing and appraisal techniques
Qualifications and Experience:
- RN/ODP with extensive post qualification experience
- Mentorship qualification preferable
- ALS/PALS
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
