One of the UK's premium Health & Fitness operators currently seek an experienced Membership Sales Manager to work at their well established site in Rustington, West Sussex.

My client require

• A proven record leading Membership Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Consultant looking for their next move into a premium operator
• A proven record of achieving targets on an individual and team basis
• A skills set and selling style that allows you to build on existing relationships but to also build new relationships with clients/members
• An ideas person, someone who is always looking at ways to build and generate new business through fresh campaigns to promotional ideas
• An individual that has proven experinece of being able to know their catchment area and become a part of the community
• An individual that can bring clear leadership to their team, driving an intense performance environment and being able to bring high levels of professionalism in all that you do
• An individual that likes to be seen on the gym floor and not someone who wants to stay put behind a desk
• Someone that may also have a PT background
