The Uk's leading provider of premium Private Healthcare currently seek an experienced Infection Prevention & Control Link Nurse to work at the site in Walderslade, Kent.
The Vacancy:
- Assess patients health and well being across a complex and changing caseload.
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs.
- To take the lead in prevention and control of infection within a specific area of practise.
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
- Assist in maintaining and developing services.
- Contribute to quality improvement.
- Promotes peoples equality, diversity and rights.
- Working hours 35 per week (with shift patterns of earlies and lates)

My client are looking for an experienced nurse to work in a multidisciplinary team to provide high standards of effective clinical care for their wide range of patients. They are seeking someone with a positive attitude to develop and expand their nursing skills. You will need to be innovative, forward thinking, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee that the service runs effectively. To work under the guidance and with the support of the Hospital Infection Prevention Lead. To act as a departmental link nurse and role model to help create an environment that will promote the safety of patients, visitors and staff.
