Job Description
One of the UK's leading providers of high quality nursing and residential services currently seek a Head of Care for their Dementia division in Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex.
The vacancy
You will be responisble for the delivery of care within my clients Memory Lane community which provides specialist care for those with Dementia. It requires you to work closely with and support the General Manager in ensuring clinical excellence and the delivery of high standards of care within my clients home. You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centred care.
