Job Description
My award winning client has built a unique health and golf concept combining the traditional golf environment with superb health and fitness facilities for all the family. They now seek an outstanding General Manager for this club in Berkshire.
You will be fully responsible and accountable for the management of Golf & Leisure at this high profile site. This position requires an individual who is currently working with a leading leisure or golf operator with a track record of driving membership and other revenue streams through a talented management team.
You will have had significant success in Leisure roles where Sales Management particularly membership sales is paramount to the strength of the business. A strong leader with a passion for your people and you will be able to show evidence of outstanding performance in your current role as a General Manager. Equally, you and therefore your team will be close to the members understanding there needs and striving to deliver a retention programme which protects the future profit of the business.
