The role Food and Beverage Management role / Catering Management is primarily to manage the leisure facilities; these can be in a number of different facilities including health clubs, hotels or stand alone gyms. As a Food and Beverage Manager you tend to be responsible for managing all chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff along with being accountable for the day-to-day operation of the facility and full accountable for all financials performance with the business.
