Job Description
The Food and Beverage service is an essential part of my client's Club, reporting to the General Manager you will take ownership for all aspects of the service. This site has significant Conference & Banqueting opportunity so candidates from a Hotel or Country Club background would have an advantage.
To be successful you will need:
Experience managing a service driven food and beverage business.
A proven history in a commercial high street food business at management level
To provide clear leadership to all levels of your team
To create a strong commercial business; you will be supported to deliver but you must create an intense member service environment.
To be happy developing effective relationships with your team, other departments but most importantly your members.
As manager you will oversee the Health and Safety and all Food Hygiene aspects of your department, understanding the need for strong controls and compliance
