Job Description
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for this Health & Racquet Club in Southampton. You will take ownership for all aspects of their food and beverage offer.
To be successful you will need:Experience managing a service driven food and beverage business.
A proven history in a commercial high street food business a management level.
To provide clear leadership to all levels of your team.
To create a strong commercial business; you will be supported to deliver but you must create an intense member service environment.
To be happy developing effective relationships with your team, other departments but most importantly your members.
As manager you will oversee the Health and Safety and all Food Hygiene aspects of your department, understanding the need for strong controls and compliance
You could be an existing manager with the potential to grow into a Club Manager role. An interest in health / fitness desirable.
