Job Description
Our client is a premium health & racquets company managing a growing number of facilities throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a very dynamic and target-focused Sales Manager to lead a team of membership consultants in driving and delivering membership sales for one of its sites.
Your main focus will be not only to ensure you are meeting your own targets, but more to inspire and motivate your team in delivering on their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
This role will test experienced sales managers to the limit but will be well rewarded through bonus and incentives for top performers. To succeed in your application you must have a proven track record of constant over-achievement ensuring that all targets are exceeded and ideally have some previous experience in a sales management role.
