Job Description
As Member Relations Manager you will a visual point of contact for all guests, providing program of well organised events and new member's evenings.
As Member Relations Manager you will be responsible for delivering consistent premium service to our members.
For Statistical and financial performance levels you will monitor the guest experience through take up and feedback. Your role will also encompass the member support team, ensuring premium front desk standards at all times.
Along side your operational functions a key task will be the monitoring of low usage guests and the proactive solving of problems that may result in a guest leaving.
