Job Description
My Client is a first-rate Health & Racquets operator in Peterborough. They are currently seeking an exceptional individual to deal with all retention functions as a Member Relations Manager at this premium site.
You will ideally be experienced in a similar role or may be a club manager with a exceptional flair for customer facing roles. The role requires a "face of the club" to work closely with members and the club team to provide an exciting and engaging social programme. Equally you will be focussed on the leavers process, ensuring all steps are taken to minimise leavers and so hit all your club retention targets. You will also be influential in helping other departments hit their revenue and profit targets, this is therefore a senior role in the management team.
