Job Description
My client's is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage the upkeep of a prestigous London Club
My client requires a maintenance professional who have had experience in large customer facilities including some sports or leisure facilities.
You will have a detailed understanding of the Health and Safety process, managing risk assessments, experience of working with external contractors and suppliers,
Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role include building maintenance, plumbing, decoration, air conditioning, plant room, and preventative maintenance.
As part of the leadership team you will be expected to work closely with the General Manager to ensure that any works carried out have minimal disruption possible.
