The role Fitness Management role / Leisure Management is primarily to manage the leisure facilities; these can be in a number of different facilities including health clubs, hotels or stand alone gyms. As a Fitness Manager you tend to be responsible for managing all fitness instructors, personal trainers and freelance instructors, along with being accountable for the day-to-day operation of the facility and full accountable for all financials performance with the business.
