Job Description
Leading Premium Health & Fitness Operator. My clients are now looking for Fitness Manager for their property in Kent / SE London.
The role will involve leading a team, overseeing and participating within personal training, managing personal training revenue, driving fantastic fitness programmes and studio classes and ensuring the smooth running of the facilities at all times. This is very much a commercial management role, where the priority is to drive secondary spend whilst contributing the retention strategy.
The successful candidate will possess an outgoing personality to ensure excellent relationships are maintained with the club's members, they must also have had ample experience within the fitness industry working within a similar or deputy role. Candidates must also have the relevant qualifications and a personal training qualification.
The basic salary offered is negotiable up to £23,000.
