Fintess Manager - Hertfordshire We are currently working on behalf of a Top UK Health & Fitness operator who are looking to recruit an experienced Fitness Manager for their site in Hertfordshire.
Reporting to the General Manager:
You will be expected to deliver an engaging world class exercise experience for members through effective leadership of the Fitness Team, providing an Industry leading induction process, personal training programme and a variety of group exercise classes to engage members and drive attendance.
Deliver and exceed member satisfaction through rapport based relationships between members and Team Coaches and monitor the results through the Member Opinion Survey and client programmes.
Ensure that all company, operational and Health & Safety requirements are met alongside the consistent delivery of departmental revenue, profit and all other performance targets and key performance indicators.
Support the wider business aims of the club as a Senior Member of the Club Leadership Team.

Knowledge:
Must have current Managerial Fitness Knowledge, Must have recognised Sales and Personal Training Business Knowledge and Must have Knowledge of the local area.
