Job Description
Health & Fitness Manager, Central London - I am currently seeking a commercially focussed Fitness Manager to lead from the front and drive standards within this large premium Health and Fitness club in London.
You will need to be REP's level 3, have a thorough understanding of a premium fitness product. You will ideally have successfully recruited, developed and lead a team of coaches & personal trainers creating a culture of improving performance and development.
You will be responsible for delivering a unique member retention program, holding weekly and monthly one-to-ones with all your team, actively engage with department activities demonstrating best practice techniques to ensure their continued development and success.
You will be experienced in maximising secondary revenues across personal training and swim school.
